Chocolate Cork develops the chocolate pairings and recommends wines. A traditional experience is about 60 minutes and may include approximately five pairings.
You provide the wine.
The host or appropriately licensed venue purchases and provides the recommended wines. We provide the chocolate and guided experience.

Keri Lauderdale Olson created Chocolate Cork more than a decade ago from two things she loved: bringing people together and creating memorable food experiences.
With a background in hospitality, catering, culinary experiences, innovation and event facilitation, Keri has hosted Chocolate Cork for private groups, companies, apartment communities and restaurants. She also served as a guest instructor at the Culinary Center of Kansas City.
Now she’s bringing the experience to Southern California.
Keri’s favorite part isn’t telling you which pairing you’re supposed to like. It’s watching your face when you discover the one you do.
